Howard Lee Dover, 56, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of Mary Dover and the late Robert Lee Dover.

Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Mary Dover; sister, Barbara Arrowood; nieces Tinker Parker and Pennie Peplinski; great nieces and nephews, Boog Maxwell, June Peplinski, Edward Peplinski, Violet Peplinski, and Oliver Parker; cousin J.D.Dover and friends Eddie Boone and Eula Jean Irwin.

Funeral services will be held 12 PM Monday, April 29, 2019 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Chad Sisk officiating. Burial will follow in Spindale City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Crowe's Mortuary from 2PM until 4 PM.
